The story began in the pharmaceutical industry, where I was surrounded not only by premium skincare brands like Avène, Lierac, and La Roche-Posay, but also by real people facing everyday struggles—with their skin, illnesses, and often their mental well-being. Then I moved to the UK, and my Slovakian skin—naturally delicate, capillary-prone, and reactive—struggled to adapt to the new environment. The pandemic years made it even harder. Without my trusted products and while going through hormonal shifts, I experienced severe dryness and painful breakouts.
As an independent mother, balancing work, family, education, and self-care became my daily reality. This necessity ignited a passion—to create skincare that truly understands the skin’s needs, while at the same time bringing moments of relaxation and healthy indulgence. To me, self-care is more than just a routine—it’s a mindful ritual that nurtures not only the skin but also the soul.
